What should the file look like?

Six columns, one row per calendar day:

Dates as Aug 09, 2026 or 2026-08-09. Times as 8:00am / 3:00pm (24-hour is fine too).
A day off is written OFF with - for Start and End — the Manager then covers both slots that day.

Whether a row is the morning or the evening slot is decided by its start time, not by the word in the Shift column.
